TERMS OF SERVICE

We offer warranties for our TIREGLO™ and TRIMGLO™ products. The products are warranted to include the components identified on the package, free from material defects in workmanship at the time of purchase. Please inspect all contents before use and retain your proof of purchase. If a component is missing, damaged, or defective upon arrival, contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can evaluate the claim and, at our discretion, provide a replacement at no cost to the customer.

Because vehicle condition, surface preparation, application technique, environmental conditions, prior repairs, coatings, contaminants, and ongoing vehicle maintenance are outside our control, this warranty applies only when the product is used strictly according to the supplied directions and on surfaces for which it is intended. The user is responsible for properly cleaning and preparing the vehicle surface. The warranty covers any defect that may occur, involving the TIRE or TRIM sections of the vehicle within one year of application treatment. This warranty does not cover any damages associated with the process for applying the product. This warranty does not cover labor costs resulting from improper preparation, misuse, over-application, application to incompatible materials or finishes, failure to follow instructions, or normal wear and exposure after treatment.

This product is warranted to perform as intended when stored and used before the stated expiration date or recommended shelf-life period. Store the product in its original, tightly closed container under the conditions specified on the label. This warranty does not cover product degradation, separation, curing, contamination, loss of effectiveness, or spoilage caused by improper storage, exposure to excessive heat, freezing temperatures, moisture, sunlight, damaged packaging, or use after the expiration date.

Our products are stamped with expiration dating. The shelf-life of each product is for a period of one year from the date of manufacture. Should a product not function as intended due to gelling, poor spraying or rubbing, or becomes adulterated during the shelf-life period, the company will replace the item with no cost to the customer.

We accept credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER) and corporate checks upon credit approval. The following are not accepted at this time: American Express, PayPal, and personal checks. Payment is expected at time of sales.
